Director Appointment
Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Harlequin, Sanderson and Zoffany, is pleased to
announce the appointment to the Board, of Alan Nigel Dix (46) as Finance
Director, with effect from 21st July 2005.
He has been Acting Finance Director since December 2004,
Mr Dix is a Chartered Accountant who has been a senior member of the Sanderson
management team since its acquisition by Walker Greenbank in August 2003.
He is currently a director of AFAR Consultancy Limited, and in the past five
years he has been a director of Arthur Sanderson and Sons Limited (until June
2002) and its subsidiaries William Morris Wallpapers Limited and Sanderson of
London Limited.
There are no other disclosures required under Schedule 2(f) of the AIM Rules.
