                            Director Share Purchase


Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that
Alan Dix, the Company's recently appointed Finance Director, has purchased
20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 16.25p per share.

Mr Dix's resultant shareholding is 20,000 shares, equivalent to 0.034 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital.
