COMPLETION OF THE SALE OF THE
HAND BLOCK WALLPAPER BUSINESSES
The Board of Walker Greenbank PLC announces the completion of the sale of
Cole & Son and John Perry (Wallpapers), the group's historic hand block
wallpaper businesses to Karen Beauchamp Limited. The total consideration for
the sale, first announced on 5 September 2000, is £3 million, of which £2.8
million has been paid and the balance is payable on or before 28 February
2002 together with accrued interest.
