The Company announces that on 2 June 2021, Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each were sold by the spouse of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").

Wendy Sparrow, the spouse of James Sparrow, Savills Chief Executive Officer UK and EMEA, has today sold a total of 9,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £12.00 per Ordinary Share.  Wendy Sparrow's beneficial shareholding following this notification is 38,842 (0.001% shareholding as a % of issued share capital).
