Directorate Change

The Board of Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc (the Company") announces that, as part of the refreshment of the Board, Lord Cromer retired as a Director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 31 January 2011, and did not seek re-election. The Directors extend their gratitude for the invaluable contribution that Lord Cromer has made to the success of the Company since 1995.
