Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

As a consequence of the travel restrictions imposed due to the ash from the Icelandic volcano, the Board has decided to adjourn the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was due to be held at 12.30 pm on Monday 26 April 2010 to a new time and date of 12 noon on Thursday 13 May 2010.

The new meeting will be held at the same location, 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AE.

The deadline for the return of forms of proxy is extended to 12 noon on 11 May 2010.
