Annual General Meeting and Change to Investment Policy

Schroder Income Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 31 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QA at 2.30 p.m. on Thursday, 18 December 2014, resolutions numbered 1 to 13 as set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed.

These resolutions included ordinary resolution 10 to amend the Company's investment policy to allow put options comprising short term exchange-traded instruments on major stock market indices of an amount up to the value of the Company's borrowings to be utilised.
