Annual general meeting

Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company held on Thursday, 20 December 2018 at 9.00 a.m. at 2^nd Floor, East Wing, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL, resolutions numbered 1 to 9 as set out in the notice of meeting were duly passed.

The Company also announces that Robert Sinclair retired as a director of the Company at the annual general meeting held earlier today. The board would like to take this opportunity to thank Robert for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the last 13 years.  In addition, the board is pleased to welcome Kate Cornish-Bowden as a new director, as announced on 18 December 2018.
