Management fee

The board of Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") has agreed a reduction in the scale of management fees charged to the Company.  For net assets above £750 million, a new lower fee tier will be added with the effect of reducing the annual fee payable from 0.70% to 0.65% of those assets.  This change will take effect from 1 September 2019.
