Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited ("the Company") announces that its issued share capital consists of 223,291,574 ordinary shares of 1p with each share carrying the right to one vote. An additional 13,650,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 223,291,574.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
