CHANGE OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Insight Foundation Property Trust Limited ('IFPT'), is delighted to announce the
appointment of Harry Dick-Cleland and David Warr as non-executive directors of
the Company with effect from 13 March 2006.

Harry, aged 49, is Managing Director of Cleland & Co Limited, Chartered
Accountants which he founded in 2003. He was previously a partner at Ernst &
Young from 1998 - 2003, having joined their Guernsey office in 1987. He is a
fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

David, aged 52, is an Executive Director of MPR International Management
Limited, a Guernsey based fiduciary services business wholly owned by Fortis
plc. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales
and has worked for the MPR Group since 1972 specialising in Trust & Corporate
work. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Marwyn Value Investors Limited and
Hemisphere Defensive HF (USD) Limited.

Commenting on the appointment, Andrew Sykes, Chairman of IFPT, said:

'It gives me great pleasure to welcome Harry and David to our Board. Their
considerable experience and industry knowledge complements that of the other
directors, and will be of great benefit to the Company.'

There is no information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 for either
director.

IFPT also announces that, due to personal reasons, Paul Smith will resign as a
director of the Company, with effect from 13 March 2006. IFPT would like to take
this opportunity to thank Mr Smith for his contribution to the Company.
