SALE OF SHARES

The bookbuilding process in connection with the placing (the 'Placing') by
JPMorgan Cazenove Limited ('JPMorgan Cazenove') on behalf of Clerical Medical
Investment Group Limited ('CMIG'), of existing ordinary shares in Insight
Foundation Property Trust Limited ('IFPT'), which was announced on 19 January
2006, has now closed.



An aggregate of 80,000,000 shares in IFPT (amounting to 22.6 per cent of the
issued share capital of IFPT) was placed in the Placing at a price of 115p per
share and will be settled on 24 January 2006.  As a result of this sale, CMIG
holds 23,000,000 Shares representing 6.5 per cent. of the issued share capital
of IFPT.
