IFPT gives notice of termination to Investment Manager
The Board of Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited (the Company) announces that it has given notice to Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited (IREIM) of the termination of its investment management agreement, to take effect on 21 March 2012.
This follows the announcement made on 10 March 2011 that the Company had terminated discussions with Invista Real Estate Investment Management Holdings PLC about the possible acquisition of part of IREIM's fund management business.
The Board is reviewing how its assets can best be managed for the longer term.
