Timetable for placing and offer of up 100 million C shares

Further to the announcement made on 8 July 2005 of the placing and the offer of
up to 100 million C shares in Insight Foundation Property Trust Limited (the 
'Company' or 'IFPT') by JPMorgan Cazenove Limited ('JPMorgan Cazenove'), which
included a statement that the Directors reserved the right to accelerate the
timetable, the Board of IFPT now confirms that the placing will be closed at
3.00 p.m. on 14 July 2005 and the offer for subscription will be closed at 5.00
p.m. on 15 July 2005.
