Interim Dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2015

The Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc have declared the payment of an interim dividend of 2.50p net per share for the year ending 30 September 2015. The maintenance of this dividend at the same level as the interim dividend declared in respect of the previous financial year should not be considered indicative of an increase or decrease in the total dividend for the current financial year.

The details of the dividend payment are as follows:

Ex-dividend date:                                   4 June 2015

Record date:                                          5 June 2015

Payment date:                                       30 June 2015

Dividend per share:                               2.50p net

A final dividend for the year ending 30 September 2015 will be proposed at the next Annual General Meeting, as in previous years.
