Completion of Share Repurchase

Schroders plc (the "Company") announces that on 19 December 2024 it completed the share repurchase originally announced on 13 November 2024 (the "Repurchase").

Over the course of the Repurchase, 6,383,664 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each were repurchased for a total consideration of £19,999,495. All of the shares repurchased have been held in treasury, with the intention of those shares being used to satisfy awards under the Company's employee share schemes (or otherwise being cancelled, reducing the Company's issued share capital).

Following completion of the Repurchase, the Company has 1,612,071,525 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each in issue. The total number of shares held in treasury is 6,383,664 and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,605,687,861.

The above figure of 1,605,687,861 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
