Schroders plc
In compliance with Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 and Chapter 16,
paragraph 13 of the Listing Rules, we hereby notify that pursuant to an interim
share option grant to senior employees of the group, the following executive
Directors of Schroders plc were today granted options in accordance with the
Rules of the Schroders Share Option Plan 2000 over the numbers of non-voting
ordinary shares in Schroders plc set against their respective names, at an
exercise price of 540.5 pence per share:
J.P Asquith 150,000
A.F.Sykes 50,000
M. Tosato 100,000
J.A.Troiano 50,000
The awards were granted for no consideration, and are normally exercisable from
between three to ten years following the grant date. Awards are also subject to
the achievement of performance targets, as set out in the Annual Report and
Accounts.
