today been notified by Legal & General Investment Management Limited that
following a transfer into management of 17,000 ordinary shares and a purchase of
6,869 ordinary shares on 26th September 2002, it now holds 6,796,770 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 3.00% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
