Annual General Meeting 2008

Schroders plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 11.30 a.m.
today, all resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were duly passed by the
requisite number of shareholders on a show of hands.



In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2R of the Listing Rules, two copies of all
resolutions passed by shareholders, other than resolutions concerning ordinary
business, will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority ('UKLA') shortly and
will be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility which
