Investment in Frontier Smart Technologies Group Limited

("Frontier")

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 18 July 2019 the Company purchased 696,233 shares in the capital of Frontier at a price of 35 pence per share.  Following these purchases, the Company holds a total of 16,245,974 shares in the capital of Frontier, equivalent to 39.9 per cent. of the voting share capital of Frontier. 

As previously announced, as at 1.00 p.m. (London time) on 16 July 2019, the Company had received valid acceptances of its Offer in respect of 1,269,399 Frontier shares, representing approximately 3.1 per cent. of the voting share capital of Frontier. 

The Company is therefore interested in, in aggregate, 17,515,373 Frontier shares representing approximately 43.0 per cent. of the voting share capital of Frontier.
