Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 1 November 2019 the Company issued 10,000 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 41,616,040.  The Company holds 445,995 shares in treasury.
