                            ('ITI' or the 'Company')



                      Change of Accounting Reference Date



In order to align the accounting reference date of ITI with its operating
subsidiaries, and as detailed in the Admission Document dated 15 March 2007, the
Company has changed its accounting reference date from 31 August to 30 June.
The next audited accounts for the consolidated ITI Group will be prepared to 30
June 2007.  The next interim accounts will be for the period ending 31 December
2007.
