Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust announces the appointment of Jefferies Hoare Govett as joint broker to the Company, alongside the Company's existing broker, Cenkos Securities.

Following a review process earlier this year for the Company's brokership, Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC, managed by Baillie Gifford, the Edinburgh based investment management partnership, is delighted to announce that it has appointed Jefferies Hoare Govett, a division of Jefferies International Limited, as joint broker alongside the Company's current broker, Cenkos Securities plc. The new arrangement took effect from the start of the Company's new financial year on April 1, 2017.
