The Directors and Investment Manager of The Scottish Oriental Smaller Companies Trust plc are pleased to invite shareholders and other interested parties to our investor meeting on Wednesday 9 October 2019, held at First State's London offices.

The session will start at 11.30 with a short introduction from Chairman James Ferguson, followed by an update from Portfolio Manager Vinay Agarwal on the Company's recent performance, the team's outlook and portfolio positioning.

We are also delighted to welcome Nitin Rakesh, CEO of Mphasis, a holding within the Scottish Oriental portfolio, who will not only share with us the story of his business but also give his views on how he and his colleagues interact with Scottish Oriental as a shareholder.

In addition, Kepler Partners will present an overview of the Asia Pacific investment trust sector and what differentiates Scottish Oriental within it.

A sandwich lunch will be served before the session closes at 2pm.
