Change of Name

SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, announces that the Company's name has changed from Scientific Digital Imaging plc to SDI Group plc.

It is expected that the change of name will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 1 November 2019. The Company confirms that there is no change to the Company's ISIN and no change to the Company's TIDM: SDI.
