SDI Group plc announces that it was notified on 14 April 2021 that on that same day, David Tilston, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his ISA. Mr Tilston sold 7,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 184 pence from an account in his own name and bought 7,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 184 pence to be held in his ISA.

Following the Transfer, Mr Tilston's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 90,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
