Scientific Digital Imaging plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use by the life science, healthcare, astronomy, consumer manufacturing and art conservation markets, announces that the Company was notified on 26 September 2018 that, David Tilston, Non-Executive Director and Jonathan Abell, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 10,000 and 59,608 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 41.4 pence and an average of 42.8 pence per share, respectively (the "Purchases").

Following the Purchases, David Tilston has a beneficial interest in 80,000 Ordinary Shares and Jonathan Abell has a beneficial interest in 59,608 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.09% and 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital, respectively.
