('SDI' or 'the Company')

Exercise of Options

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 19,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ('New Ordinary Shares'). The shares are being issued following the exercise of options at a price of 12.5 pence per share by employees, under the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme.

It is expected that admission will take place on 24 June 2009. Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 16,682,842 ordinary shares.
