Exercise of Share Options and Total Voting Rights
SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 600,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by employees of the Group.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 600,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 23 December 2021.
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 100,158,164 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 100,158,164. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
