Trading Update
Scientific Digital Imaging plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, is pleased to announce a revised update on trading for the year ended 30 April 2019.
The Group now expects full year revenues to be approximately £17.4 million, compared with £14.5 million in 2018.
Adjusted Profit Before Tax (before amortisation of acquired intangibles, share based payments and acquisition and reorganisation costs) is expected to be no less than £2.9 million, compared with £2.3 million in 2018. Reported Profit Before Tax is expected to be no less than £2.0 million, compared with £1.7 million in 2018. This uplift in FY19 guidance reflects the accumulation of positive outcomes in relation to items subject to prudent estimate or judgement at the time of the 15 May 2019 trading update.
Net debt at 30 April 2019 was approximately £1.6 million.
All 2019 numbers provided are unaudited.
