Sondex plc ("Sondex" or the "Company")


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for admission to the Official List for the block listing of 5,000,000
new ordinary shares which may be issued from time to time under two of the
Company's share option schemes, comprising up to 2,000,000 new ordinary shares
under the 2003 Employee Share Option Scheme and 3,000,000 new ordinary shares
under the PSP Share Option Scheme.  These shares, will rank pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares in issue.  It is expected that admission will become
effective on 23 June 2006.
