The Company was informed that today Raymond Garcia, Corporate Vice President
(Western Hemisphere) of the Company, sold 55,520 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company at a price of between $6.85 (£3.44) and $6.90 (£3.47) per share.
Raymond now has an interest in 8,887 ordinary shares representing 0.02% of the
Company's issued share capital.
