Sondex plc was informed on 30th November 2006 that Iain Paterson, Chairman of
Sondex, has acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing 0.00004%
of the ordinary share capital of the Company at a price of 284.7p with a
settlement date of 5 December 2006. Iain Paterson's total current shareholding
has now increased to 15,333 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.027%
of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
