Sondex plc ("the Company")
The company has today been notified pursuant to Part V1 of the Companies Act
1985 (As amended by the Companies Act 1989) that Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership is interested in a total of 3,239,099 Ordinary shares of which
2,751,480 is a material interest which they understand to represent 7.007% of
the company's issued share capital.
The notification is made on behalf of Lloyds TSB Group plc, Lloyds TSB Bank plc
and Scottish Widows Group Limited who are deemed to be interested in these
shares and are all companies, together with Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership within the Lloyds TSB Group of Companies
