                 Completion of Acquisition of Terminal Brovary

Following the update of 1 November 2007, Aisi announces that it has acquired the
remaining 10% stake in Terminal Brovary for US$0.4 million as agreed at the time
of the original acquisition.

As previously announced, a General Contractor has been appointed and completion
of the project is expected in mid-2008.

Official marketing for the leasing of Terminal Brovary is to shortly commence
and will be carried out by an international property consultant.
