Brovary warehouse - new tenant lease agreement signed

Aisi Realty Public Limited (AIM: AISI), a property investment company focusing on development projects and related investments in Ukraine, is pleased to announce the signing of an initial 2 year lease agreement with DSV Ukraine ("DSV") for 3,243 sq m at its recently completed Brovary Logistics Property in the city of Brovary, Kiev region.  DSV is a wholly owned subsidiary of DSV Group, a Danish transportation group which is listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

The section leased represents approximately 7 per cent of the total 48,988 sq m floor space of Brovary.

"The Brovary project was recently awarded "The Warehouse Complex of the Year 2010" by Commercial Property magazine. We are very pleased to have DSV as our first tenant.
