Brovary warehouse - new tenant lease agreements signed

Aisi Realty Public Limited ("Aisi"), a property investment company focusing on development projects and related investments in Ukraine, is pleased to announce the signing of two new lease agreements for the tenancy in Brovary Logistics Property 3 year lease agreement was signed with DMT Group, one of the leading electronics retailers in Ukraine for 3,157 sq m, and one year lease agreement was signed with HTL Ukraine, wholly owned subsidiary of Austrian Gaming Industries (Novomatic Group), Austria headquartered  international gaming industry conglomerate for 2587 sq m.  The new space leased accounts for approximately 12 per cent of the total floor space, bringing property occupancy up to 19 per cent.
