Secure Property Development and Investment Limited, (AIM: SPDI), the South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces that Michael Beys, Chairman of the Company, purchased 2 00,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 1 August 2021 at a price of 7 (seven) pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above-mentioned purchase, Mr B eys is directly interested in   679,976 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0,53 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
