Shareholder call

Secure Property Development and Investment Limited, (AIM: SPDI), the South Eastern European focused property and investment company,  will be hosting a shareholder conference call on Tuesday 06 July 2021  at 1 400  ( BST ) in line with its commitment to maintaining positive engagement with its shareholders.  The call will be co-hosted by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Michael Beys and the CEO,  Lambros Anagnostopoulos, who together will provide an update on the   situation in respect of the C ompany's strategy and, more specifically, on the progress of the Arcona Transaction.
