The Board of Secure Trust Bank PLC announces that the Prudential Regulation Authority, with consent from the Financial Conduct Authority, has approved Paul Marrow to perform the SMF controlled function in his role as Senior Independent Director at Secure Trust.  Paul Marrow has therefore taken up his position as Senior Independent Director with effect from 20 December 2016.
