Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9, the Company announces that Ann Berresford, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Albion Crown VCT PLC with effect from 19^th December 2024. Ann Berresford previously served on the board of Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC which was merged with Albion Crown VCT PLC.
