Appointment of Relationship Bank
SQN Secured Income Fund plc (LSE: SSIF) (the "Company"), a specialist secured lending income investment trust, listed in the UK is pleased to announce that it has opened a new banking only relationship with Royal Bank of Scotland International. This relationship will replace Butterfield Bank (Guernsey) Limited.
The Company is not currently required by the EU Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive ("AIFMD") as implemented in the United Kingdom (the "AIFMD") to appoint a custodian or depositary. In the interest of containing expenses and based on the nature of the Company's investments, the Board does not intend to employ a custodian or to appoint a depositary.

The Company's Investment Managers are SQN Capital Management, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and its subsidiary, SQN Asset Management Limited. The principals responsible for managing the portfolio are Dawn Kendall, Neil Roberts, and Jeremiah Silkowski.
