Transaction in own shares - 14 December 2018

On 13 December 2018, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 598 ordinary shares at a price of 162.5p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 17,500,669 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 104,798,479 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
