On 17 February 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 1,000 ordinary shares at a price of 127.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 7,031,811 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 115,267,337 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
