On 3 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 43,000 ordinary shares at a price of 129.94p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 7,652,457 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 114,646,691 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
