On 14 June 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 6,795 ordinary shares at a price of 132.99p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,067,968 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,231,180 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
