("FastForward" or the "Company")

Holdings in Company

The Company provides the following update in respect of the holdings in the Company. Following the issue of shares on 8 January 2016 (the "Share Issue"), the number of ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") in issue in the Company increased to 96,681,544. 

As a result of the change in the number of shares in issue, the Company has been informed of the following changes.

*Regent Mercantile is owned by a trust under which Stephen Dattels is a discretionary beneficiary.

**Galloway Limited is owned by a trust of which Mr James Mellon is a life tenant.

In addition, the holdings of Angstrom Capital Ltd (Michael Beck), Analogue Capital Ltd (Jeanne Usonis), and First Island Trustees (Guernsey) Limited have now dropped below 3% and are therefore no longer required to be disclosed.

As a result of the Share Issue, the holding of the Concert Party as constituted on 17 October 2014, is now 35,954,400 Ordinary Shares representing 37.19% of the enlarged share capital. As a result, given the Concert Party's aggregate interest has now fallen below 50%, should the Concert Party acquire a further interest in shares carrying voting rights, a general offer for the Company will normally be required.
