today in Canberra all proposed resolutions regarding the re-election of
directors were duly passed.

Specifically highlighted in the Address to the Annual General Meeting of Seeing
Machines made by the Company's Chairman, Fulton Muir were the following key
points:
• The company achieved its best ever results for the year ended 30 June
2006:
• Revenue up 70% to A$2.4 million
• After-tax loss of A$135,077 down 89% on the previous year's loss of
$1.228 million
• Cash reserves of A$2.4 million up 263% on the previous year
o The sale of the faceLAB product has been largely responsible for the
revenue growth in the past year. It continues to be sold to many prestigious
institutions involved in R&D including motor vehicle manufacturers, universities
and defence organisations.
