                         GLAUCOMA GRANT CONTRACT SIGNED



Seeing Machines (AIM : SEE) announced on the 30th August 2006 the award of an
Australian Federal Government Commercial Ready Grant to support the development
and commercialisation of its glaucoma diagnostic device.  The grant was for
matched funding up to $2.1 million over 2 years and was subject to finalising
contractual arrangements.



The company announced today that the contract for the grant had been agreed and
was executed on the 11th of September 2006.
