Director Dealing and Notice of Results

The Company has been informed by Adrian Hargrave, CFO of the Company, that on 30 May 2022 he purchased 125,000 shares ordinary shares of 12 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 10 pence each. Following this transaction, Mr Hargrave holds 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.25% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company announces that it will publish and post its annual reports and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 to all shareholders on 30 June 2022.
